Job Title: Junior Project Coordinator

  • Support the Project Manager in overseeing the workflow for a team of creative professionals, including designers, writers, and production specialists.
  • Facilitate the execution of creative projects and campaigns, ensuring effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing timelines and resource allocation for various creative endeavors.
  • Work collaboratively with different departments to ensure comprehensive briefs for all creative tasks.
  • Keep project management systems and documentation updated with current information.
  • Oversee content production activities, serving as the primary liaison for external content creators and photographers.
  • Manage budget tracking and invoicing processes for the creative division.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, particularly in print and digital media.
  • At least 2 years of experience in advertising and production processes.
  • Experience in a creative agency environment is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster professional relationships.
  • Genuine interest in developing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Positive demeanor, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail along with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Basic understanding of print production and familiarity with project management tools like Asana is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Compensation Range: 60-70k
