We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering their questions and resolving any concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and coupons.
  • Merchandise Handling: Bag merchandise and place items in customers' carts, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Sanitation and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
