As a term lecturer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to our students, contributing to the development of our academic programs, and advancing the mission of the Institute.
Key Responsibilities- Teach and develop courses in your area of expertise, utilizing innovative pedagogies and technologies to engage students.
- Contribute to curriculum development, assessment, and evaluation, ensuring alignment with program goals and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to design and implement effective learning experiences, including simulations, labs, and clinical placements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, promoting their academic success and professional growth.
- Participate in departmental and institutional service, contributing to the development of policies, procedures, and initiatives that support student learning and faculty success.
- Advanced and/or terminal degree in a relevant field.
- Previous clinical experience in programs where applicable.
- Active license to practice in subject matter in programs requiring professional licensure.
- Commitment to graduate student success and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
