As a key member of our team, you will take on the role of a Cloud Services Manufacturing Test Engineer. Your primary responsibility will be to define, develop, and oversee the test code and utilities integrated into the manufacturing testing process for our advanced server and rack products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated testing processes and code to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
  • Integrate developed solutions into our testing platform for seamless production deployment.
  • Establish testing strategies to maximize efficiency and performance on the manufacturing line.
  • Collaborate with Hardware and Software Development Engineers and external partners to create tailored processes as needed.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing test code for automated manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, and/or REST API.
  • Experience in manufacturing test process development and implementation.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (CVS, git, SVN).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Experience with Python 3.x is highly desirable.
  • Background in hardware, particularly with storage enclosures and media.
  • Skills in root cause analysis and problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel to manufacturing and customer sites as required.
