Concrete Foreman Job Description

Hutch Paving is seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to oversee concrete construction projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign and communicate tasks to crew members.
  • Estimate labor and materials required for projects.
  • Train employees and ensure knowledge of paving operations, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Working experience as Concrete Foreman.
  • Concrete finishing skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of concrete procedures.
  • Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills.
  • Good math skills.
  • Availability to work overtime and weekends.
