Concrete Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Concrete/Epoxy Finisher to join our team at Simon Roofing. As a Concrete/Epoxy Finisher, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and coating concrete areas, as well as preparing surfaces for installation and operating power tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the job foreman in installing, repairing, or coating concrete areas.
• Prepare surfaces for installation, including mixing products and operating power tools.
• Carry materials and equipment, and clean and maintain equipment and area.
• Work with epoxy products and perform hands-on epoxy flooring work and repairs.
• Travel up to 80% of the time, with occasional local work available.

Requirements:

• 1+ year(s) of concrete/epoxy finishing experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. frequently throughout the day.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to endure extreme outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.

• Starting pay of $18.00- $20.00 per hour.
• Hotels and travel time paid while staying out of town.
• Per diem - $37 per day while staying out of town.
