Concrete Foreman

Hutch Paving is seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to oversee and manage concrete construction projects.

• Lead and manage a team of crew members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Estimate labor and materials required for projects, ensuring accurate planning and execution.
• Train and develop employees to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

• Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of concrete procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Good math skills and attention to detail.
