As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing branch production, increasing sales, and developing your team. You will work closely with your branch employees to review technical information, sales strategies, and service methods. You will also spend time with your specialists individually, training and guiding them to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically divide time between maximizing branch production, increasing sales, and developing employees
  • Meet with branch employees weekly to review technical information, sales strategies, and service methods
  • Train and guide specialists to excellence
  • Work with administrative assistants to provide customers with the highest level of service and education
  • Use data to strategize and make efficient use of specialists' time
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Motivated with a desire to learn
  • Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus
