Sales Management Trainee

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Management Training program at Enterprise Mobility Inc. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company, developing the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a management role.
Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for learning our business from day one, while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in two or more of the following: sales, customer service, management experience leading a team, participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or varsity team, leadership role.
