Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate ESRD patient care and services, ensuring the highest level of care to our patients by ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
- Train and supervise a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- At least 18 months of registered nursing experience.
- Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval by Clinical Nurse Manager or RN-licensed FA/GFA required.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
