About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at One Senior Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing direct and indirect nursing care to our participants, working under the direct and indirect supervision of the Clinic Nurse Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and document patient data, completing required forms and identifying patient needs and priorities.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating the plans of other disciplines and continuing care needs.
- Provide direct and indirect nursing care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring seamless care coordination and collaboration.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and policies.
- Current Pennsylvania RN license.
- One year of experience working with the frail or elderly population.
- Valid State driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, and TB screening.
- Competitive hourly wage starting at $38.00/hour.
- Standard operating hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (with flexibility to accommodate participant and business needs).
- Approximately 20% of work will involve home visits.
