We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team at Sebaly Shillito & Dyer, A Legal Professional Association.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform tasks on a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies and ensure adherence to legal precedents.
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, depositions, hearings, and mediations/arbitrations.
  • Possess experience in processing and analyzing large quantities of documents and data, particularly in eDiscovery and electronically stored information (ESI).
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with a focus on complex commercial and business litigation matters.
