Job Summary:
NFI is seeking a skilled Warehouse Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate mechanical and/or electrical failures in production equipment to determine appropriate corrective action.
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair all production equipment.
- Operate the production machinery according to established production needs/requirements.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
