Job Summary

LGI Homes, a leading homebuilder in the Orlando market, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced team that values innovation, collaboration, and results-driven performance. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing marketing initiatives, and managing critical documentation.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service and support
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote LGI Homes
  • Oversee the management of critical documents and processes
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure smooth permitting processes

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), an employee stock purchase plan, and a new home discount.

Requirements
