Role Overview


As a Data Insights Specialist at Promise Co., you will be instrumental in interpreting intricate data to enhance our product and implementation strategies, ensuring they effectively serve our customers and clients.

Your analyses will delve into our operations, uncovering insights that drive product success, inform business decisions, and establish KPIs to assess our performance and efficiency.

This position is ideal for individuals with a sharp eye for detail and a natural curiosity about the truths that data can reveal.

What You'll Do

1. Analyze data from external sources, creating a comprehensive information landscape that can be integrated and utilized within our products.

2. Investigate user interactions with our products to highlight successful features and identify areas for improvement, enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement.

3. Maintain rigorous accuracy and clarity in your data evaluations to foster trust and informed decision-making.
4. Build and sustain ETL pipelines that ensure consistent and reliable business rules and data governance.
5. Share analytical insights with team members, facilitating data-driven strategies that align with our mission and customer needs.
6. Independently manage priorities, selecting projects that amplify our impact and support our organizational objectives.

7. Adapt your analysis to align with evolving company strategies, playing a key role in crafting a clear and consistent data framework that reflects our changing business landscape.

8. Produce reliable data analysis that informs strategic planning and withstands in-depth review from various team perspectives.
9. Proactively respond to data inquiries and intuitively address data-related questions in meetings.

What Will Enable You


A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, including proficiency in data visualization and presenting findings to others.

Expertise with data analysis tools such as Python and SQL; familiarity with Looker or similar platforms is advantageous, ensuring flexible and adept data handling.

Proficiency in object-oriented programming techniques and effective use of version control, particularly with Python applications.
A methodical and impartial approach to your work, characterized by a commitment to honesty and precision in data.

Skills in adjusting your communication style to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse technical backgrounds, including customer success, software engineers, and operations teams.

The ability to adapt and grow with the team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and learning.
