About the Opportunity:
LPX Group is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineering Executive to lead our highway construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, leadership, and oversight to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project strategies, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.


Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in highway construction management, preferably with a focus on strategic planning, leadership, and technical guidance.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, including earthwork, grading, and paving.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.


Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience.
