About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Bear Creek Senior Living. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities and personal hygiene
  • Respond to resident call lights and provide prompt and compassionate care
  • Ensure residents receive an appropriate diet, taking into account their preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions
  • Record vital signs as requested by staff and notify the nurse in charge of any changes in resident conditions
Qualifications
  • Current CNA certificate
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine love for working with seniors
