JOB OVERVIEW
The Critical Care Registered Nurse autonomously designs, executes, and assesses nursing interventions in emergency care scenarios, adhering to established standards, policies, and procedures. This role involves delivering direct patient care, alongside educational and leadership duties. The nurse actively engages in collaborative decision-making, participates in unit committees, and contributes to quality enhancement initiatives. Minimal supervision is required. The primary responsibility of the RN encompasses the care of diverse emergency and minor care patients across all age demographics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
