We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at St. Luke's Health System. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipe standards, utilizing basic culinary techniques.
- Determine food quantities and requirements, planning maximum utilization of ingredients, food, and leftovers.
- Plan, pull, and prep ingredients as needed, adhering to all food hygiene and health and safety requirements.
- May order and stock inventory for the department, resolving routine questions, issues, and problems.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
