Job DescriptionThe Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) / Spare Parts Manager assists the Residential Site Manager at the San Francisco Airport and supports CMMS and Spare Part requirements for the organization. This position is responsible for CMMS and Spare Parts, including record-keeping of spare parts inventory, procurement, preventive maintenance schedules, and tracking work orders.
Responsibilities- Record and maintain spare parts inventory via CMMS
- BUILD and MAINTAIN relationships with suppliers, internal and external
- Maintain stock levels as specified by original equipment manufacturers (OEM)
- Effectively record and analyze movement of parts
- Source quality parts and negotiate best rates
- Establish, maintain, and ensure application of CMMS procedures regarding maintenance and inventory control
- Manage and troubleshoot faults with the CMMS
- Ensure system accuracy, software, and reports provide sufficient information
- Daily coordination with operational and maintenance staff regarding CMMS activities
- Provide training to operational and maintenance users of the CMMS
- Maintain accurate records of parts under warranty and details of faulty parts
- Design and create reports and other reporting tools used in work order and inventory analysis graphs
- Act as the interface between BEUMER and other airport stakeholders regarding maintenance, purchasing, and inventory control
- Carry out other assignments as requested by management or shift supervisors
High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum of 2 years' experience working with CMMS and Spare Parts management; relevant system and product knowledge in areas of warranty, tool inventory, and spare parts; well-developed interpersonal and communication skills; strong attention to detail, process development, and organizational management; strategy insight and comprehension of BEUMER values; excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Compensation$82,637.88 annually
