Job Overview

As a Spare Parts Manager at BEUMER Group GmbH & Co. KG, you will be responsible for assisting the Residential Site Manager at the San Francisco Airport and supporting CMMS and Spare Part requirements for the organization. This role involves managing and maintaining spare parts inventory via CMMS, negotiating with suppliers, and collaborating with operational and maintenance staff.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain spare parts inventory via CMMS
  2. Keep accurate records of spare parts inventory
  3. Negotiate with suppliers to source quality parts at best rates
  4. Collaborate with operational and maintenance staff on CMMS activities
  5. Provide training to CMMS users
  6. Design and create reports for work order and inventory analysis
  7. Ensure system accuracy and report availability
  8. Interface with airport stakeholders on maintenance, purchasing, and inventory control
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by management or shift supervisors
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years' experience with CMMS and Spare Parts management; relevant system knowledge in areas of warranty, tool inventory, and spare parts; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail and organizational management skills; strategy insight and comprehension of BEUMER values.

Compensation

$82,637.88 annual salary
