Job Summary:

TSC Construction LLC is seeking a highly skilled Telecom Trainer to join our team. As a Telecom Trainer, you will be responsible for providing industry-leading training to our construction crews, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their jobs safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for telecom construction crews, including classroom and practical training sessions.
  • Inspect crews working on job sites to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to adjust training programs and improve leading and lagging indicators.
  • Verify and document compliance with required safe work practices and training requirements.
  • Ensure that Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) requirements are trained and followed.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and LMS databases.
  • Must be knowledgeable on telecommunication site builds and maintenance work.
  • Driver's License and clean MVR required.
  • Up-to-date certifications for courses training and trainer certifications.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Prolonged periods of driving time.
