Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Coordinator RN to join our team at Providence Health & Services. As a key member of our medical team, you will provide exceptional care and support to patients with mechanical heart devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage patient care for mechanical heart patients, including ventricular assist device preparation and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and transitions.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide education and training to patients and families on mechanical heart device management and care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • ~ 5 years of Acute, Ambulatory or Clinic nursing experience
  • 3 years of recent experience in critical care/transplant nursing
