Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage patient care for mechanical heart patients, including ventricular assist device preparation and monitoring.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and transitions.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide education and training to patients and families on mechanical heart device management and care.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- ~ 5 years of Acute, Ambulatory or Clinic nursing experience
- 3 years of recent experience in critical care/transplant nursing
