Key Responsibilities- Program Management: Supervise and coordinate staff training, oversee patient care, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff performance.
- Staff Development: Provide regular training and assessments to ensure staff competencies in behavioral analysis and treatment delivery.
- Business Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement business growth strategies, including new program development and partnerships.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Communication: Foster effective communication with staff, patients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and high-quality care.
- Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Certification: Current/active BCBA license in WI and/or IL.
- Experience: Proven experience in behavioral health program management, staff supervision, and quality improvement.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
