We are seeking a highly organized Procurement and Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Eurofins GSC Poland Sp. z o. o.

About the Role

This full-time position is responsible for managing inventory, purchasing orders, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records.
  • Process purchase orders, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve client complaints and develop solutions.
  • Identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Analyze data to inform purchasing decisions and optimize inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in procurement and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate Excel and data entry skills.
