Your Responsibilities:
Clinical Proficiency:
Administer individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and gather data to monitor client progress.

Community Engagement:
Provide services in diverse community environments, promoting social skills and independence.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Effective Communication:
Ensure timely responses to communications within 24 hours.
Thorough Documentation:
Accurately record completed sessions, secure parental signatures, and maintain detailed session notes.
Team Engagement:
Participate in staff meetings and required training sessions, addressing any challenges that arise.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: 1 year preferred but not mandatory.
Availability:
Monday to Friday, 3 PM - 8 PM (minimum 15-20 hours/week).
Certifications:
Valid Driver's License required; RBT certification preferred. Background checks (DOJ and FBI), CPR, and First Aid certification are mandatory.
Essential Skills:
Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Physical Demands:
Active Engagement:
Ability to kneel, squat, sit, stand, and participate in physical activities with clients.
Physical Assistance:
Support clients with various tasks, including lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
