About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fraud and Risk Specialist to join our team at bet365. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with our sports betting operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor transactions in line with our internal risk controls to identify potential fraudulent activity.
  • Assess the risk of deposit, withdrawal, and product activity to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Analyze customer information, betting, and gaming patterns to accurately identify risk behaviors.
  • Use proactive investigation techniques to identify new and emerging threats.
  • Produce detailed reports regarding fraudulent activity and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide 2nd line support to the operation regarding fraud and risk-related queries.
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce consistent results.
  • Ability to self-motivate and perform a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to problem solve and find effective resolutions.
  • Ability to work to high standards while under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word MS Office products.
  • Interest in Fraud and Risk.
What We Offer
