- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Two years of general office experience required; three years preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and energy
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
