You will be provided with comprehensive training to develop your marketing and sales skills, enabling you to establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and assigned retail agents to secure new and renewal business.

As a key member of our team, you will participate in our 50/50 Sales training program, designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers (in person or via video) to demonstrate our web and phone quoting capabilities and register new users to drive new business submissions.
  • Provide weekly reporting on sales meetings and forecast upcoming meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Establish and maintain continuous communication with customers and prospects to identify and capitalize on additional opportunities.
  • Systematically prospect and arrange meetings with potential new customers and those who have not reached their full potential.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key contacts to ensure we are doing business with the right people in each retail operation.
  • Work closely with your team to review web activity, analyze trends, and address any issues promptly.
  • Regularly discuss strategy and tactics with your Regional Sales Manager, including sales issues, travel, and follow-up.
  • Pursue continuing education and insurance designations/licenses as outlined in our training and development plan, requiring self-study and dedication.
Requirements
  • A college degree or equivalent business experience is preferred but not required.
  • Candidates will be expected to pursue continuing education and insurance designations/licenses as outlined in the training and development plan.
  • A team player mentality is essential for success in this role.
  • Problem-solving skills and professional conduct are necessary to excel in this position.
  • The ability to establish and build relationships is critical to driving business growth.
  • A P&C insurance license is required within 90 days of employment.
  • This role requires routine or periodic travel, which may involve driving a personal or rental vehicle. A satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record report and minimum acceptable insurance coverages are required.
