About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Canon Solutions America. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the efficient maintenance of Canon-supported products.

Your Impact
  • Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to your manager, ensuring accurate information and record keeping.
  • Meet customer demands by providing timely and accurate Field/Shop/on-site maintenance.
  • Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned.
  • Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
  • Maintain the performance of assigned machines.
  • Facilitate performance at a level that helps achieve the branch/district's overall metric targets.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of technical environments and the ability to successfully complete the 120-day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class.

You must be able to travel, possess a valid driver's license, and have an acceptable driving record. Additionally, you will be required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter their premises.

You must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).
