Key Responsibilities:
  • Support D365 Branch Operations - Service
  • Finalize service requests
  • Generate purchase orders for parts, supplies, and services
  • Review service reports for correctness
  • Resolve WIP/service call issues
  • Collaborate with the warranty department
  • Assist with purchase order disputes and inquiries
  • Develop relationships with new suppliers
  • Ensure quality of repairs
Data Management:
  • Correct customer information inaccuracies
  • Follow up on outstanding vendor payments
  • Address warranty-related inquiries
  • Work alongside Sales to collect missing customer information
  • Identify opportunities for manufacturer reimbursements for loaners
Additionally, provide further administrative support as required, including serving as the primary point of contact, managing uniforms and fleet upkeep, assisting with events, and overseeing retail space.Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Intermediate mechanical understanding in heavy equipment, agriculture, or automotive sectors
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
  • Team-oriented with effective communication skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 10 lbs
