About the Job

We are seeking a talented and motivated critical care anesthesiologist to join our team at Duke University Medical Center. As a full-time faculty member, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Our ideal candidate will be board certified or eligible in anesthesiology, with fellowship training in critical care anesthesiology. You will have a strong commitment to teaching and research, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $500,000 - $700,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a generous 401(k) matching program, dental, vision, CME, moving allowances, and tuition assistance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting
  • Develop and implement educational programs for residents and fellows
  • Contribute to the development of clinical and research protocols

Requirements

  • Board certification or eligibility in anesthesiology

  • Strong teaching and research skills
