Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Transactions: Accurately and efficiently complete sales transactions and follow appropriate cash handling procedures.
- Merchandise Management: Ensure merchandise is stocked, fronted, and faced, and priced accordingly. Maintain inventory and proper rotation of products.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain the appearance of the store by ensuring that the store is kept tidy and welcoming to our guests. This includes maintaining restrooms, cooler interior and exteriors, parking lot and fuel islands, equipment, food service area, interior store shelves and storage areas, and ensuring that parking lot and interior floors remain free of debris and spills.
- Safety and Security: Uphold safety standards by following the guidelines provided in the Safety Manual. Ensure that all accidents or incidents are reported according to company policy and procedure.
- Must be at least 19 years of age or older.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work from eye level to floor level.
- Must be able to stand on a step stool or ladder.
- Must be able to work in a cooler averaging 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
Our store is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of customers and colleagues. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be working in a retail environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a positive experience.
