Position Overview

A successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive a salary plus commission/bonus, valuable experience, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.

Requirements

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
