Nurse Care Coordinator

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to fill the role of Charge Nurse. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nursing professional to lead and contribute to our team.
Job Summary:
- We are looking for an experienced RN with strong leadership skills to oversee the daily operations of our 180-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Danville.
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- This role requires a current license with the VA Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse, with one year of previous experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to patients and supervise and direct nursing staff in accordance with state, federal, and MFA guidelines.
- Communicate patient status to the Unit Manager.
- Assist in the supervision, orientation, and training of the nursing staff.
- Participate in patient care planning conferences with other disciplines.
Compensation: $73,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on experience.
