  • Interpret event specifications to execute functions as directed by clients.
  • Prepare, serve, and dismantle events in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Promptly address guest inquiries to facilitate seamless event operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet spaces, public areas, and storage facilities.
  • Adhere to established protocols for setting, serving, and clearing designated tables.
  • Collaborate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth shift transitions.
  • Address guest concerns and escalate issues to management as necessary.
  • Ensure cleanliness and manage inventory across restaurant, public, kitchen, and storage areas.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and early or late shifts.
  • Ability to respond appropriately to guest requests.
  • Proficient in using a point of sale system for information entry.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English to follow instructions from management and interact with guests.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is preferred.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
