Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Support Assistant to join our Neurology team at Norton Healthcare. As a Clinical Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outpatient medical office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic clinical and administrative tasks under the direction of clinical staff.
  • Apply knowledge and understanding of patient growth and development in patient and family interactions.
  • Assist with patient registration, scheduling, and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
Qualifications:
  • No experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and community service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One year of experience in a medical office or hospital setting.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
