ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager who will engage directly with financial institutions and FinTech partners to enhance and expand strategic collaborations through analytical insights. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to become part of a developing team and propel our business forward in a cooperative setting. Key responsibilities involve collaborating with internal departments, including Analytics, Marketing, and Product, to deliver consultative solutions that facilitate partner growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and develop strategic client accounts
  • Leverage data to assist partners in increasing loan origination
  • Support partners in scaling operations while enhancing efficiency
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the personal loans landscape and lender policies to effectively nurture and expand partnerships
  • Enhance and maintain LendingTree's market share within key accounts
  • Communicate effectively and influence internal stakeholders
  • Conduct training sessions for partners on LendingTree's policies, procedures, products, programs, and technology
  • Optimize lender campaigns within our Canopy system to ensure lender success
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking activities and opportunities
  • Prepare and present Account Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Travel may be required for strategic meetings and conferences

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in lending and/or Account Management is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven project management capabilities with a track record of leading specific functions, projects, and teams from inception to completion
  • Exceptional time management skills, organized, self-sufficient, and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Adept at building and leveraging networks and relationships both internally and externally
  • Exhibit sound judgment and integrity
  • Proficient in PC applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with Salesforce and relationships with C-suite executives are advantageous
