Clinical Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Operations Director to oversee the delivery of high-quality home care services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, including Medicaid.
**Job Summary:**
- This is a leadership position that requires strong clinical skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, and effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Clinical Oversight: Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures, conduct regular chart reviews and audits, and manage clinical staff.
- Patient Care: Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Business Operations: Manage the financial aspects of the home care business, develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity, and build relationships with referral sources and community partners.
**Requirements:**
- Registered Nurse (RN) degree required; LPN may be considered with significant home care experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in home care, with a focus on private pay and Medicaid.
- Strong clinical skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in electronic health records and other relevant software.
