About the Role:

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and co-workers.

  • Anticipate, identify, and correct any problems involving the property, implementing procedures to prevent such issues.
  • Develop and maintain effective maintenance programs to cultivate resident satisfaction and protect the investment of the property owner.
Responsibilities:

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will:

  • Supervise maintenance staff and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs, light carpentry, glass and screen replacements, unit turns, painting, and cleaning.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Develop and implement procedures to prevent maintenance problems and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance, preferably with apartment maintenance.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Supervisory experience in maintenance, preferably in an apartment community setting.
  • Experience with plumbing and electrical repairs, light carpentry, glass and screen replacements, unit turns, painting, and cleaning.
