We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at Point B. As a key member of our Digital & Tech Modernization practice, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation and technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Client Engagements: You will lead and advise clients on the strategy, selection, planning, implementation, and deployment of front-of-house restaurant technologies, including Point of Sale, Kiosks, Drive-thru, digital menu boards, and more.
- Facilitate Working Sessions: You will lead and facilitate working sessions and meetings, including requirements gathering, process design, conference room pilots, Steering Committees, and deployment planning.
- Grow and Shape Our Practice: You will contribute thought leadership and experience to our Digital & Tech Modernization practice and our restaurant technology transformation offering.
- Drive Business Development: You will drive business development by strengthening existing client relationships, attending and presenting at industry conferences, and identifying and engaging with new clients.
- Lead and Mentor: You will contribute to the firm's growth and reputation by helping to develop and lead other Point B Associates and guide and mentor Point B associates on client engagements.
- 10+ Years of Experience: You will have 10+ years of experience in Digital Transformation and Enterprise Application modernization strategy and execution.
- Management Consulting Experience: You will have 2-4 years of management consulting experience.
- Restaurant Technology Experience: You will have 2-4 years of multi-unit front-of-house restaurant technology experience, including technologies used within the 4-walls of the restaurant.
- Operational Experience: You will have operational experience in multi-unit restaurants or have worked for a restaurant brand.
- Enterprise Application Cloud Infrastructure: You will have experience and subject matter expertise related to Enterprise Application Cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS) and SaaS solution planning, selection, and implementation.
- Strategic Leadership: You will have developed holistic strategies (people, process, technology) for client Enterprise-wide front-of-house initiatives.
- Business Development: You will have built and cultivated business relationships and contributed to the growth of a practice area.
- Leadership and Collaboration: You will have demonstrated an ability to serve and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams and provided leadership across multiple industries (Retail, Restaurant/Hospitality) and a variety of business functional areas.
- Competitive Salary: The estimated salary range for this role is $137,000 - $221,500 USD per year.
- Bonuses: Bonuses are awarded at Point B's discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
- Total Rewards Program: We offer a comprehensive, flexible Total Rewards program that supports and recognizes each individual's unique needs and contributions to the firm.
- Flexible Work Arrangements: You will have the ability to work from home and flexibility to travel up to 50%.
