Coordinated Heart Transplant Team Lead

We are seeking a Coordinated Heart Transplant Team Lead to join our transplant team at Henry Ford Hospital. As a senior-level nurse, you will oversee the coordination of care for heart transplant recipients and donors, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care throughout their journey.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the coordination of care for heart transplant patients, including pre- and post-transplant services
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve transplant outcomes
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective care delivery
Requirements
* Master's degree in Nursing preferred
* Current RN license in the State of Michigan required
* Minimum five years clinical nursing experience in an inpatient or outpatient setting
* Proven leadership and management skills
Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is $115,000 - $140,000 per year, based on location and experience.
