Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Engineer to join our Sourcing Department in Kentucky. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving efficiency, cost savings, and maintaining high-quality standards in our procurement processes.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of material requirements.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating contracts that meet business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and industry developments to inform procurement decisions.
- Promote collaboration between internal departments, fostering open communication and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (supply chain, logistics, purchasing, etc.).
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
We offer an attractive compensation package: $$$$80,000 - $100,000 per year, bonus, and a comprehensive benefits plan including PTO, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability plans, along with 401K with company match.
