Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Operational Security Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and assess the security posture of the C5ISR Center Headquarters and its associated divisions in relation to information security and overall security awareness.
* Create and distribute information security materials, including brochures and posters, to promote security awareness.
* Formulate security protocols and practices in accordance with Army regulations and ensure their effective implementation.
* Conduct thorough analyses of materials to evaluate the implications of releasing sensitive technologies while maintaining robust security measures.
* Develop and review Security Classification Guides (SCGs), technology control plans, and other essential documentation to safeguard sensitive programs.
* Identify security violations, perform investigations, and report findings to management.
* Utilize the Document Release Access System (DRAS) to assess documents for sensitive information, assisting the government in the public release process.
* Conduct regular walkthroughs of C5ISR Center facilities to ensure compliance with OPSEC/INFOSEC practices, including proper handling of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
* Provide information security training to staff and offer general security education and awareness support.
* Manage container inspections and combination changes for C5ISR Center HQ and its divisions at least annually.
* Oversee the administration and management of all Open Storage Secret and classified processing areas.
* Coordinate burn runs for C5ISR Center HQ and partner organizations.
* Prepare and deliver courier card briefings for C5ISR Center HQ and partner organizations.
* Offer additional training to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the security office in response to updated Army regulations and internal procedures.
* Perform monthly COMSEC duties, including inventory and maintenance.
* Provide SCIF support, which includes escorting visitors, conducting ICIDS tests, and performing area inspections.

* G-2 Security South Meeting (bi-weekly)
* Workforce Address (as needed)
* INFOSEC Meeting (weekly)

Minimum Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED.
* At least 3 years of experience as a Security Specialist or Facility Security Officer for a government entity.
* Previous experience with DISS is preferred.

Security Clearance: Required DoD TOP SECRET Level Clearance with SCI eligibility.
