Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Professor of Clinical Neurology to join our team at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients with neurological diseases in children, including developmental delay, epilepsy, and movement disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treatment and prevention of neurological diseases in children
  • Active participation in the training program of the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital Neurology Residency Training Program
  • Attendance at resident and fellowship events and conferences
  • Training of house staff from the JMH Pediatric Residency Program
  • Preparation and presentation at teaching conferences
Requirements
  • MD degree from a recognized accredited University (or foreign equivalent)
  • Eligible to acquire a valid Florida medical license
  • Board certified in Neurology
  • Ability to manage and mentor junior faculty
  • Extensive clinical experience in pediatric neurology, typically several years post-fellowship
