- Provide timely and effective resolution to client issues and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and report on client satisfaction and feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client engagement and retention.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technology.
- Ability to travel up to 1 week with 2 weeks' notice.
- Relevant work experience in a technology or telecommunications industry.
- Ability to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and office equipment.
- Occasional need to reach, stoop, or kneel.
- Regularly walk and climb steps.
- Regularly lift up to 20 lbs; occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
- $19.00-$21.65/hour (depending upon experience).
