As a Front Of House Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating the kitchen in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all surfaces and kitchen areas meet Indiana Health Code standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and master our full menu offerings
  • Operate line cook equipment, including flat top griddles, burner ranges, and fryers, to prepare all menu items
  • Manage the Sandwich/Deli station, preparing menu items according to customer requests and adding final touches and sauces
  • Collaborate with other team members to fulfill orders efficiently
  • Clean and maintain kitchen surfaces
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash and credit transactions, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and presentable front-of-house area at all times
