Federal Grant Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Federal Grant Management Specialist to join our team at 3TG Staffing Solutions.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing grant programs and ensuring compliance with federal regulations and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, experience with federal grant administration, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Three to five year(s) of relatable experience is required.
- Five to seven years of experience in federal grant administration is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal regulations and guidelines related to grant management.
- Able to commit at least 40 dedicated hours per week.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to manage, inspect and approve/deny reporting inputs from multiple team members.
Estimated Salary: $92,500 - $112,000
