We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Director to lead our federal water resources business development strategy across the federal agency portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to capture and deliver civil works/water resources and resilience projects for the United States Army Corps of Engineers and other federal agencies.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to capture and deliver civil works/water resources and resilience projects;">
  • Lead project managers in the capture and delivery of complex projects with annual net revenue between $2 million to $10+ million annually;">
  • Mentor and coach project managers associated with project and technical delivery;">
  • Build and develop client relationships and seek opportunities for repeat business and/or new opportunities;">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">

• A Bachelor's degree in a field related to Architecture or Engineering, preferably with a Graduate degree;

">

• At least 15 years of experience supporting Civil Works projects and clients, with at least two years in a Senior Program Manager position;

">

• Experience in managing/dealing directly with DOD clients;

">

• Strong technical and interpersonal skills, public speaking, and persuasive ability;

">

• Excellent financial management, team management, and leadership skills;

">

• Ability to manage and coordinate efforts of various projects to produce budgeted profits and overall results;

">

• Certification as a 'Project Management Professional' (PMP) or 'Certified Construction Manager' (CCM) within one year of assuming this position.

Compensation

">

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, paid parental leave, retirement savings plan, employee assistance program, and more.

This role is based in one of our US offices, with potential for remote work arrangements.
