Job Summary:

TBI AIRPORT MANAGEMENT INC seeks a dedicated Federal Inspection Liaison to facilitate effective communication between federal agents, airport employees, and international passengers. As a key member of our team, you will ensure smooth interactions and resolve any issues that may arise during the inspection process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide translation assistance to federal agents during routine inspections of international passengers
- Interpret complex deportation and prosecution cases conducted at the airport
- Offer assistance to incoming international passengers with Automated Passport Control Kiosk
- Maintain high standards of customer service by providing accurate and complete information

Requirements:
- Strong ability to communicate in English and Hindi
- Excellent problem-solving skills to handle complex situations
- Previous experience interpreting/translating in a professional environment preferred
- College degree preferred

Compensation:
This position comes with a competitive salary of $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
